Executive Revenue Intelligence

You did the work.
Let's make sure you're paid for it.

You have the reports. You need answers.

Your practice is busy, but collections may not reflect the work being done. Which insurance companies are paying as agreed? Where is payment slowing down? What should your team focus on first? We connect your existing reports and agreements to help answer those questions.

Your billing team continues submitting claims and following up on payments. Rev IQ works as a fractional part of your team to provide an independent review, explains the reports and findings, and helps leadership assign next steps and track progress. You keep your existing systems and team.

PAYER REPORT CARDS

Is your highest-paying insurer your best one?

A higher contract rate is only part of the picture. Our Payer Report Cards compare insurance companies on what they pay, payment timing, and the work required to collect, using the records available. We explain what the evidence supports and what still needs investigation.

Explore a full payer report card from an anesthesia practice, with the client name withheld. Anesthesia uses units to measure services for reimbursement. For other specialties, Rev IQ selects appropriate measures, such as reimbursement per visit or procedure.

The executive interpretation: Plan A lists a 10.6% higher physician unit rate, yet has a greater share of incidents flagged for appeal. Plan B has more individual cases needing follow-up. Leadership needs both the rate comparison and the workload behind it before judging payer value.

The next action: Validate appeal flags against contract terms and remittances, separate unpaid cases by cause, and capture staff time and fees. This is an early snapshot with unequal claim maturity; Plan A has later service dates. Appeal flags are review signals, not verified underpayments. Unpaid does not mean overdue. Missing cost data prevents a net-return ranking.

ONGOING EXECUTIVE OVERSIGHT

Clear priorities. A person responsible. Follow-up.

We start with your concerns and available reports, then agree on the records and analysis needed. Ongoing reviews give you a concise explanation of what changed, a report card for each insurance company, and a short list of priorities with a responsible person and next step.

At each leadership review, we revisit those priorities and assess progress. The scope, review schedule and fees are agreed before work begins. Your practice and its advisors carry out the recommended actions; our core service provides analysis, guidance and oversight.
